Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
- Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Eyeliner
- Mascara
- Oogpotlood (eyeliner pencil)
- Wimperlijm (eyelash glue)
- Wimperserum (eyelash serum)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Full purchase price excluding shipping costs
For exchanges, we will ship your new product as soon as we receive your return.
International refunds: May take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected]
- Include photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund, including any shipping costs
Tip: For a smooth return experience, we recommend insuring your package and using a tracking number when sending it back. Oogmake Up Winkel is not responsible for return shipments that get lost in transit.
